Refund policy
We have a 30-day exchange policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your physical item to request an exchange for the same physical products only. ALL DIGITAL PRODUCTS ARE NON-EXCHANGABLE or NON-REFUNDABLE!!!!!!
To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Picture proof may be requested.
To start an exchange, you can contact us at info@therealfrugalfriend.com. Please note that exchanges must be sent to the following address: THIS WILL BE EMAILED TO YOU.
If your exchange is accepted, we’ll send you an exchange shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package. Items exchanged to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately. If the item is defective or damaged, or if you received the wrong item, please reach out to us so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain items, like ALL DIGITAL PRODUCTS, cannot be returned. Please contact us if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept exchanges on sale items or gift cards.
